At Peninsula Power Products (PPP) we supply the marine and industrial sector with diesel engines, generator sets, gearboxes and other related products. Backed up by experienced technicians and a fully-equipped workshop, we deliver from product to performance. With twelve service vehicles at our disposal, we add even more value with customer call- outs.

Established in1965, and originally trading as Victor Kent Diesel, the business was sold in 1974 and became known as BTR Power Products. In 1985 the Company changed hands and was renamed Peninsula Power Products. The current owners,all previous employees, took over in 1999 and since then the business has evolved into a multi-franchise.

Operating from our original premises in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town, the business is owner-managed and a second branch was established in North End, Port Elizabeth in 2004.

Our main market is the marine industry, where we focus on commercial fishing, salvage vessels and charter boats, supplying full marinised generator sets, main propulsion engines and gearboxes.

Our industrial side, i.e. standby generator market, has grown substantially during the past few years with gensets ranging from 15kva to 1000kva assembled on our premises.
